Hi everyone, anyone have reviews on dr han how chuan? And price wise? First time mummy here. Need some advice. #pleasehelp #gynaerecommendation

I don't have direct experience with Dr Han How Chuan myself, but a friend of mine saw him and said she felt well taken care of and that he was quite thorough in explaining things during each visit. For pricing, it really depends on whether you go private or under a package, so it might be worth calling the clinic directly to ask about their fees upfront so there are no surprises lah. Since you're a first-time mummy, also good to check if they have a delivery package you can bundle, as that usually works out more predictable cost-wise.

Hi, is it normal or common to have more dreams during pregnancy? For the past few consecutive nights, I have been dreaming alot of weird things. Couldn’t really remember the dreams when I’m awake. But I remembered there was once I had a bad dream (crying in the dream) and end up I was crying in my sleep badly and that morning I woke feeling a little depressed.. Any advice I can do about this?

Sleeping Position in last trimester

Mummies , do you only sleep on your left during the last trimester? I have been trying to sleep on my left but I had trouble going to sleep.. I end up tossing and turning because I try to avoid sleeping on the right.. when i doze off on my right, i feel so guilty for my baby 🥺 #advicemommies #firsttimemom #advicepls

Pregnant & have cats

Hi mummies , i heard that if u are pregnant and have cat , it is best to stay away from their litter box as far as u can as it may affect baby . Is that true ? I have cats at home and i try to stay away by always being in the room 24/7 . Also , with my constantly stuffed nose , i cant usually smell anything but still i avoid their litter box. Anyone have heard of this or avoided this during their pregnancy ? #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #advicemommies #advicepls

Pelvic bone pain

Im at 22 weeks and really having a hard time with the pain on the pelvic bone area. Especially when getting up from sitting down and changing sides during sleep. Any tips to help ease the pain?

Any mummies under KKH subsidized managed to get doctor’s memo to WFH? Planning to do so when nearing 3rd trimester.

Might be a bit hard esp subsidized route. Unless you have a valid reason or medical concern then theyll write a memo for you. Can always try!
