cramps in trimester 1
Mom, I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant... I don't know why, but recently I've been feeling cramps in my stomach. It feels like I'm about to get my period... but there's no bleeding. On top of that, the nausea is really severe... Is this normal during pregnancy? I'm really worried and want to check with the doctor, but I'm extremely busy with a work project. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
hot bath in pregnancy trimester 2
Hi, Moms. Now I'm in the second trimester and, for some reason, I often feel very achy. Yesterday, I came home from work and soaked in the bathtub with warm water. It felt so good to relax and it really helped me sleep soundly afterward. But I just found out that hot baths are not allowed during pregnancy? I'm really panicking. Has anyone else done or experienced the same thing?
Polyhydramnios experience
I was diagnosed with Polyhydramnios by my doctor at 31 weeks pregnant. I'm confused, Mom, what is Polyhydramnios? The doctor explained that it's a condition where my amniotic fluid is too much, making my belly look very large, even though I was only 31 weeks pregnant. Then I asked, "What are the risks, Doctor? Can the amniotic fluid be reduced?" The doctor said it couldn't. I was at risk of preterm birth because my uterus could no longer 'stretch' to accommodate both the amniotic fluid and my baby. It turned out that 5 days later, I started experiencing leaking amniotic fluid, followed by blood spots. I thought I was urinating because I felt like I needed to pee before. But I couldn't hold it. There was a lot of amniotic fluid at that time. Long story short, I ended up giving birth at 10:40 PM with normal delivery and without amniotic fluid (so I had to keep pushing). My baby weighed only 1,600 grams and was 44 cm long. He couldn't cry, only whimper. He was so tiny... After that, my baby was immediately taken to the incubator and given oxygen and a feeding tube for breast milk. I was in good health, but my baby fought for his life with various equipment for a week. Until he finally passed away with a smile on his face. I was very sad at first, because this was our first child. But God loved him more...
I am having very bad motion sickness at week 8. Does it go away at the end of first trimester?

preterm birth because of sex on thrd trimester
I wanted to share a personal story from my pregnancy that might help others avoid the same mistake. When I was in my third trimester (week 36), my husband and I had sex. It was a bit rough, and I felt some pressure on my belly during the act. I didn't think much of it at the time, but soon after, I noticed my amniotic fluid was leaking. We rushed to the hospital, and the doctor told me I needed to go on bed rest immediately. It turns out that the pressure had caused my amniotic fluid to start leaking, putting me at risk for preterm labor. Despite the bed rest, I ended up giving birth quite prematurely at early week 37. My amniotic fluid levels were lower than they should have been, which made the delivery more complicated. It was a scary experience, and looking back, I wish I had been more careful. I want to urge other moms to be cautious and listen to their bodies, especially during the later stages of pregnancy. If something feels off or too intense, don't hesitate to speak up and take it easy. Take care, and wishing you all a safe and healthy pregnancy journey!
