I usually pump a little hair and body wash into the tub when bathing my baby. Since there’s a little bit of leftover breastmilk, I would like to add it to the water too (low supply mom here so every drop of bm is too precious to waste 🥲) So can I still pump the body wash? Sleep training 4 months old with a professional
Hi Mummies, I want to ask if anyone hired a sleep trainer for their baby? My boy just turned 4 months old and I am thinking of hiring a sleep trainer. Currently he gets ups after 5 hours and then will keep getting up with eyes closed every 2 hrs. Hence thinking of seeing professional help so that him as well as me and my husband can sleep peacefully. Is it worth doing? Anyone can share their experience? If using water, when opening the diaper, how do you clean off the excess poo from baby’s bum first?
