Baby puke out all milk & panadol do i give again?

Hi mummies. My baby has fever. After milk i fed him panadol and he puke out all the milk he drank + panadol. Cs he was too full bt we kind of persostent in giving him panadol and finish his milk. In this case since he puked out the panadol, do i give him again or wait till the next timing?

Need to provide baby’s mc whenever taking childcare leave

Any working mummy here have to provide your baby’s mc whenever you want to take childcare leave ? So technically can only take when baby is sick I dont recall MOM stating we need to provide mc cause some days i would need to take care of my baby due to some reasons or when his ifc close. However my company says i need to provide my baby’s mc which i find ridiculous.

Bring 4.5monthd to beach

Hi mummies, im thinking of bringing my 4.5 months old to the beach, like ecp. For fresh air and grounding like touching sand or the sea. However im scared he’ll get allergic reaction or his skin will turn itchy. Altho wash hand and feet with soap afterwards. What do you mummies think? Should i try or avoid ? This is my first baby so im an overthinker.

Honestly it can go either way at that age, some babies are totally fine and some do get a bit of a rash from the sand or saltwater. I would say try a short trip at a cooler time like early morning, bring a mat so he's not directly on the sand the whole time, and wash him off well after, then just watch his skin for the next day or so to see how he reacts. If his skin is already sensitive or has eczema patches, maybe hold off a little and check with your PD first before the trip.

Bring 4.5 months old out

Hi mummies, aside from just walking around park, is there any place that we can bring our 4.5 months old out ? Sometimes i feel bad he’s always either at ifc or at home. He’s starting to get more aware of surounding, likes to look at surroundings. Be it people, people cycling, kids at playground, vehicles passing by. Sometimes also like kpo😂 Thought of going to sea aquarium but scared he’s still too young to want to see things. Is there any like “kiztopia” but for infants😂

Baby’s head soft spot a little sunken sometimes

Is it normal for baby’s top of head, soft spot, to be a little sunken at time? Sometimes its ok sometimes its a little sunken. I read that it might be due to dehydration but he’s active and drinking well. Pee also normal alot. 6-7 diapers Any mummies face same thing? Is there anything i should worry about?

It’s normal. My lo used to have it too.

Is it bad to use pacifier when baby cries?

I don’t use pacifier to make baby sleep but sometimes when she cries and just wouldn’t stop even with rocking etc then is it bad to give pacifier? Will she be reliant if it’s just like once a day or so?#advicepls

Why bad? It’s there for a reason. Letting baby cry is even worse

Which brand of probiotic to give 4 months old

Hi mummies that give their baby probiotic, at which month did you start and which brand ? Did you see any improvement ? My 4 months old baby has been having watery/runny stools once a day or max 3 times a day. Altho the paediatrician says its normal and the colour is normal, he recommended to give probiotic. He said any brand will do. However theres quite a few brands out there but im not sure which are the popular ones and effective.

Baby reaching for toys hanging above

My 4.5 months old baby doesn’t seem to be reaching for toys hanging above him when I place him lying flat on those play gym set. I see babies actively reaching out to toys hanging about them at this age. He can hold things when we hand it to him but he doesn’t reach out… is this normal? Anything to be concerned about?

My baby used to looove the playgym last time. But now that he has learnt to flip, he finds it boring😂
