Baby puke out all milk & panadol do i give again?

Hi mummies. My baby has fever. After milk i fed him panadol and he puke out all the milk he drank + panadol. Cs he was too full bt we kind of persostent in giving him panadol and finish his milk. In this case since he puked out the panadol, do i give him again or wait till the next timing?
