My baby has just started solids and she cries very badly when she is doing potty. What should I do?

It seems your little one is suffering from constipation. As you have started solid to your baby, include more of fiber in her food. Give her enough fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Increase your child's fluid intake. If she becomes dehydrated, her system will respond by absorbing more fluid from whatever she eats or drinks and also from the waste in her bowels. This results hard and dry stools that are difficult to pass. Encourage your child to play and walk more. Movement will help in blood flow to her digestive system. Give her prune juice or apple juice. It works in softening the stool.

What are the best oils for preventing hair loss in babies?

your baby will naturally lose some significant amount of hair in the first few months. don't worry about it. however, i used to massage my babies' hair with virgin coconut oil, sweet almond oil, neem oil and even mustard oil. they both have nice thick hair now :)

My son needs to be carried to sleep and continued to be carried while sleeping.. if not, he will wake up when we put him down. Thinking of getting him a yao lan.. In honest opinion, which is worse? carrying him to sleep or putting him in yao lan?

My son too, even now. He's 15 months. I tends to pat pat him & sing when i am putting him down as when putting him down he will feel insecure for a moment, so when he hears my voice, he will be more calm & let me put him down.

Does TCM massage helps babies to sleep better? my son is currently 4mths old and have difficulty sleeping in the daytime.. any TCM to recommend?

My 3 month old is always kicking punching and grabbing things. What is she really doing? Why does she move like that? (I assume it's normal since I see other babies do similar too) So fascinating.
