My boy sometimes will fall asleep after latch at night. I didnt get to clean his teeth. Will it cause tooth decay?

With my daughter, I would dampen her bib with water and gently wipe her teeth and tongue :)

How do I wean my boy (14mths) off direct latch?

I reduce the latch time. From 10 mins to 5mins to 1 min.
