Hey Mommies, My 15 day old lo sleeps after feeding and i hear him poop. I change him but it ends up making him cranky and difficult to go back to sleep. This ends up being a long charade. Shd i always change him after pooping or if he's not crying wait for him to get up and then change.

it best to change if not it can cause infection or rashes.. after change try pat him to sleep again

My 18th month old dotter is super fussy and picky when it comes to food. She will like to self feed at the most ten spoons then stops. (small bb spoons) and play with the food. She had nv seriously finished a bowl of porridge or anything before. I tried cooking with new methods and even "upgrade" my ingredients to what I see she might like. Just not working. She is on bm and im weaning her off with goat milk. I heard that bm had no iron, so I'm quite scare that she will be deprived of it, plus the fact that she hates food. Worried mum.

U would need to educate her and teach her wat is right and wrong. Kids nowadays r very smart so they will understand wat we says. You may also 1 2 take over the feeding and be stern and strict.

Hi parents, what diapers do you use for your babies and how did you decide on it/them?

starting will follow what hospital had give us . is huggies . and when we bring babe hm still stick to huggies. after our bb turn 2 month we go for affordable brand like onward . so far seem.ok . no rash and no leak

How can we understand what babies are crying about? Does their cry sound different when they are hungry compared to when they are tired?

it's more of trial and error. check is it time for feeding, diapers and if all these are no problem then It maybe baby sleepy and tired. want to be carry to comfort to sleep.

My 1 month old takes in 60ml of fm or ebm most of the time. However, she would often ask for more milk even though we know that she's already full. As a result, she would vomit out all the milk almost immediately and then asks for more milk again. Vicious cycle continues for at least 2 hours at night. Tried to offer pacifier but she rejected. any other ways I can try so that she does not over feed?

That happened to me too! We will either just give her another 10ml or so, or just continue to burp her and she eventually stopped crying for milk when she realised she's full. could be too hungry so she never realise she's full.

When can we stop sterilising baby's bottles and pump parts?

No hard and fast rule though. Had previously sterilised till baby turns 2 years old for bottles. I usually sterilised my pump parts each and every time after I pump. So if I pump more than 2 years, the bottles would also be sterilised more than 2 years.

Anyone engage postnatal massage service from Beauty mums&babies before? Do you recommend it? If so, who's your therapist ? TIA!

Sorry not too familiar with this service but I've heard lots of good things about Beauty Mums and Babies. Great service, value for money and effective!
