Can you treat breast infection with mustard oil?

Is investing in a breastfeeding pillow a good idea? Is it really worth it?

I guess you only use within 1st month. After you know the easy and convenient ways to latch your child, you will find breastfeeding pillow very extra and stood ways. My friend pass to me, after full month, hide in the cupboard already. Alternately you can use normal pillow as it, it's work the same :)

is it ok mom that you drink coffee twice a day? breastfeed mom here. im a coffee lover. there are times that i exceed drinking coffee a day.

Not very advisable to drink too much coffee while breastfeeding.

Today I pumped at 1150am and I left the bm in Medela's cooler bag together with the ice pack. The ice pack was taken out from the freezer around 7am this morning. I forgot to take the bm out until just now 1030pm. Is the bm still consumable?

I have a sister in law who just gave birth last April and wants to increase her milk supply but doesn't stop from mixfeeding her child with formula milk. She asks for galactagogues but I advice her to ditch FM and let baby latch to increase her supply since breastfeeding is a matter of demand and supply. How will you deal with it and what to say to her? Thank you.

It's really up to her. As most people say, if there's a will,there's a way.
