Can anyone please tell me what's this Ferber method of sleep training? Is it effective?

The Ferber method is a method also known as "graduated extinction". In other words, this method means you'll have to let your baby "cry it out" to get some shuteye. The aforementioned list of when and for whom it's appropriate is accurate based on my research. You should really do the deeper research on this because there are so many specifics that can determine whether or not the method is appropriate for your child. Parents, do you feel you're almost out of things to talk about with your spouse? Is this normal?

Have not reached that point yet. There's always something to talk about or reminisce. I suppose it's not normal at least for me and my hubby.

I'm getting really curious about this respectful parenting. My husband has that kind of thinking when it comes to raising our kids but I'm pretty sure he doesn't know it's a thing. Is it really effective?

I've been reading about it also as I want to try it as well. I love the idea where I will work with my kids to find solutions and understand their underlying physical and emotional needs.

Is pasma a real health concern or it's just a part of the Pinoy beliefs and culture?

Medically speaking, there's really no proof that "pasma" is real. It's a "folk illness" that's part of our beliefs and culture. :)

Is it true that you'll get pasmado if you wash or take a bath after cooking or ironing clothes?

In my case, I haven't experienced being pasmado even if I've taken a bath right after cooking. I don't know, maybe it's a different case for different persons, I guess? :)

Is there such thing as a healthy frequency of fights in a relationship?

There's no specific number but I think it is healthy to fight in a relationship as long as the fights don't happen everyday and they get resolved quickly so that they don't boil up in the future.
