Breast Compression

Do mummies need to compress when pumping to get more milk? Or its my pump not powerful enough to extract the milk? Everytime I need to do compression to get my breasts emptied.

Maybe you are setting the wrong settings? Try different variations. And also check your pump parts for any tears

Hi Mummies, I have a stash of frozen breast milk from May ‘19 to bless if your little ones need! Basic info: -Baby born in April 2019 -I don’t smoke nor drink -Takes Blackmores Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Advanced Supplements regularly -Occasional Bubble tea ? -No Pets at home -Milk is stored in brand new standalone freezer that’s only used for freezing milk (As Pictured) -Packs come in range of 70ml onwards (previously thought should pack smaller packs for easy thawing to give baby ?) -A goodwill token of new packets of Merries L size taped diapers will be highly appreciated. -Otherwise, would also appreciate cash token to fund more milk bags n supplements to pass on the blessing to other mummies who also needs milk in the future (Not doing this to earn money, so would appreciate if you could value n respect my time and efforts by not giving anything lesser than $20) ❗️ Since it’s to help not earn, Mummies could get a few packets for free to try out if baby would take frozen milk first before committing to more packets❗️ -Kindly bring your own freezer bag to self collect at: 269B Compassvale Link S(542269) Thank you!

can i thaw frozen breast milk under running water then store in fridge??? and can store for how long??

I will thaw frozen BM in the fridge. Thawed frozen BM have to be consumed within 24 hours.

Everytime I pump out the amount of milk is 40ml but when u I breast feed then pump the amount decrease to 20ml. Does it mean after breastfeed for 30mins, LO only drink 20ml??

Hands free pumping bra / nursing bra

Looking for recommendations and where to get hands free pumping bra.

I got mine at shoppee, very comfy and cheap.

one side of my boob feels like there's something inside, kind of feel like a stone shape and can be moved... when i pump no milk comes out and when i do hand expression also little to no milk but if i press on the lump really hard can see drop of clear milk coming out. the feeling when i move the lump somewhat feels like implant (or what I'd expect an implant to feel like) I'm worried! do advice....
