Ways to increase milk supply

Would like to check how to increase milk supply. I used to latch 2&half month old baby at night and bottle feed during the day. But baby took way too long to drink at night. She dozed off half way drinking and latch short period but more often hence I swapped to bottle feed and latch only first thing morning. I also do DL especially when we are outside. But sometimes due to unmatchable feeding time, I will pump and bottle feed instead. How do I increase supply considering the above scenarios. I am not a high supply mom but I hope I can BF as long as I could. Thanks!

boost milk supply

my supply dropped drastically due to not pumping regularly.. I try to pump every 3h to only get 60-80ml, btw I dont latch on as i can't get lo to latch properly so I'm exclusively pumping only. the only time I can get 150-220ml is pumping after 7hours> my MIL suggest i eat more fish to boost supply. would like to know are there any more food/soup to boost supply

I had Milo with oats! Worked for me!

Do you know which brand of breastpump is more silent? My medela freestyle is so loud I feel embarrassed to use it sometimes...

Breast Mastitis

My wife is having Breast Mastitis. She's on antibiotics and can she still breastfeed? Doctor advise is after full course of antibiotics then continue with BF

Suggest to take doctor’s advice. Think the doctor does not want baby to get fed breast milk with the antibiotics.

any mummies had to stop breast feeding because milk supply wasn't sufficient? i try to latch as much as i can so idk how much baby drinking but she usually latches until she sleep or spit out. when i do pump at night, i get about 100-140ml which is just nice for baby feed. she is 3mths n drinks 140-160ml of bm if bottle feed. I'm afriad I'll have to stop bf soon if my supply is not enough for bb. happened a few times bb will spit out nipple n cry, i try latch again she will suck awhilw then spit out. suspect not enough milk for her liao.. feel very sad n guilty if i cannot give bb bm

Those who are breastfeeding.. Can i know what type of bra would u wear when working out? Nursing bra doesnt provide the support i need while running.. But i always get blocked ducts when i wear sports bra. Any nice bras to recommend?

I really like the ones at Cotton On. Since I'm in between sizes, I don't want to pay big bucks for big brands. These are also not too constricting, so they work well for me.

my mom friend gave me a nestle mom n me nursing cover but IDK how use, i very conservative n paiseh to use in public bc i worry for nip slip or ppl can my boobs. am i suppose to fasten the neck thing small or loose so i can see inside? then how i ensure my sides r covered too? do i tie or what?

U can try practising it at home until you are comfortable before using outside. Initially will feel a bit uncomfortable but after a while will be okay. The neck part should be loose so that you can see the baby and you should pull the cover more to the side that you are feeding so you won't expose yourself easily... :)

how to know when baby is full from dl? whenever i dl baby she will spit out the nipple and suck her hands, sometimes when i C cup my boob into her mouth she cries then continues to suck n spit out again. i never use timer. bby also sometimes dl until sleep. how i know if baby is drinking enough? is it she spit out bc no more milk? :(

If baby is gaining weight adequately and looking healthy and not overly crying she should be getting enough milk...
