Breast Compression

Do mummies need to compress when pumping to get more milk? Or its my pump not powerful enough to extract the milk? Everytime I need to do compression to get my breasts emptied.

Yes I also have to press my breast for all the milk to come out. Maybe pump not powerful enough is also a factor

Maybe you are setting the wrong settings? Try different variations. And also check your pump parts for any tears
