Hello! Any of you took FTS low risk and still go for NIPT test?

What’s the result? Thankss!

My gynae says if FTS low risk don't need waste money to go for nipt unless FTS shows significant risk then go for NIPT

Rosemary oil and caster oil in pregency

Hi mommies there, I am in the second trimester and i have been using rosemary oil(4 drops) for my head massage, but just now i have found out that expecting mother shouldn’t be used rosemary oil. Any suggestions or I am confused

unfortunately, the answer is far from clear-cut. best to avoid using esp during 1st trimester.

Cordycep during pregnancy?

Hi mummies, have you heard of/taken cordycep related soups during pregnancy? My mil bought some cordycep soups and wanted to cook for me saying that it’s good for me but I googled and there’s conflicting results on whether it’s okay to drink or not. Staying anonymous as it’s mil related…

I've had cordycep flower throughout my pregnancy, both in soups or in bird nest, now in my 3rd trimester and all is well. I only avoided strong herbs like ginseng. If you're worried then don't consume it, don't feel pressured.

yes, my gyne shared w me when I was week 9 that 1 cup of caffeine a day, is fine

Is constipation normal? Im struggling ;(

Hello moms! I am currently in my 15th week & just started feeling very bloated & constipated. Is this normal? Because so far i have no issues with passing motion etc :’) #firsttimemom

yes it’s normal!! my gynae suggested taking more smaller meals a day, drinking loads of fluid and take probiotics to help with the bloating and constipation.

Pain in my butt joint week 14 pregnancy

I get some joint pains in my butt or inner thigh area(?), usually when I bend down. It's like a sudden sharp pain and it's my first time experience pains like this. is this normal?

It is normal! But do check out OSTEOPATH, like Lorene in Calibrate health!

Bleeding after walk at Week 13

Hi mummies, I am currently in week 13. I have spotting or light bleeding every time after slow walking for 10 to 20 minutes. Is this normal? Anyone experienced the same?

how are you? did you check with your oby in the end? I'm week 13 and experience something similar
