Any mummies here eats potato chips during pregnancy?

Want to know what other seemingly fine food needs to be avoided.

My pregnancy journey consist of 1% healthy food (when mum cooks - she lives in the west and I’m in the east 🙃) and 99% junk lol. Mainly because I crave for mala and coke every single day….. Generally eat everything in moderation, avoid raw/half cooked/ certain herbs food and alcohol.

Can’t swallow tablets, can chew Blackmore pregnancy capsules?

Hi, first time mum here. I can’t swallow tablets, was wondering if I can bite the Blackmore pregnancy & breast feeding capsules? Heard some medications can’t do that but I can’t find anything online

If you want good confinement nanny, book now!!

2nd time mummy here. Anw just a heads up for new mamas. If you confirmed baby’s heartbeat and all is good, best to book your confinement nanny asap.. the good ones get booked v fast. I just booked mine at 5 weeks and I found out she alr booked all the way till early April 2025. Cos some mama’s book 2-3 months confinement and it may cross your EDD.. so you may not always get your top choice

When did your morning sickness start?

Hi mummies, I’m at week 6 of pregnancy and have stopped experiencing new symptoms (other than some cramping 1-2 weeks back). Is that normal and when should I expect the morning sickness to start kicking in?

Mine was week 38-39. Before that was a breeze. It varies for individuals 😊.
