Suggestion on healthier food
Hi mummies! In first tri and always very hungry and if i dont eat every 2 hr i will feel super nauseous and retch badly once i eat.. I’m having issues finding healthy food that keeps me full in between meals ): tried nuts and milo but still hungry.. end up eating instant noodle. any suggestions?
I have the same experience!!! 😂 I think one thing that helped is I need to stop thinking about cup noodles. The more I think the more I crave. Nowadays I settle for milk, raisin bread, jam biscuits or cereal with milk. I’m not sure if it’s better than noodles, but feels healthier 😂 make more trips to the grocery store and see what you can accept and can keep you full
Read moreMy husband bought me NutriGrains to eat. It was suggested by a Dietician, helped me with getting nutrients when I can't eat well. Taste good too, maybe u can try!
maybe can try energy bars/granola bars like from Yogood or Nature Valley for your in-between meals/snacks.
Or you can buy those instant cereal packets, just add hot water
