Are there any EDD chats on telegram or WhatsApp? How to join? TIA!!

Take note some EDD group chat might be toxic. Don’t need to follow what other mommies have or said fully.

Miscarriage or just implantation discharge?

Hi mummies, this is my 2nd pregnancy after 5 years. My gynae confirmed mine is around 5 weeks plus after my check last week. After the ultrasound check and saw sac and yolk. The next day I noticed I started to have tiny bit of brown discharge when I pee. And it stopped till this morning (Tuesday, 29 Jul), there's a dot of brown discharge (or spotting) on my pantyliner. Just wondering do I need to be concern about this? I dont feel cramps or anything.#Needadvice

It could be implantation bleeding. If you’re worried, you can arrange an appointment with any gynae to check so you can have a peace of mind too.

Tiredness Daily: Any Advise?

On my fourth pregnancy and holding a full-time job. This is the first time I'm feeling tired almost daily and struggling to focus at work. I've tried getting enough sleep (at least 8 hours) not overworking myself etc and taking care of my meals. I don't wake up tired but it usually starts between 9 am to 12 pm daily. I'm on prenatal vitamins too. Anyone with the same issue?

I'd definitely bring this up with your gynae or PD at your next checkup, especially since it's different from your other pregnancies and affecting your work. Pregnancy fatigue is super common, but the timing of it kicking in mid-morning and not improving with extra sleep sometimes points to things like iron levels or blood sugar dips that are worth checking. In the meantime, have you tried eating a proper breakfast with some protein and carbs, or having a small snack around 9am to see if that helps with the mid-morning slump? Fourth pregnancy is a lot on your body and mind, so being gentle with yourself matters too.

Travelling at 8 weeks

I’m around 5weeks pregnant now and before I knew I was pregnant I already bought a ticket to travel to Korea. Any mom has similar experience while around 8 weeks pregnant travelling and what tips do you have to keep pregnancy safe?

Scared about giving birth

I am pregnant with twins at 6 weeks but I can't seem to enjoy my journey because I am super scared of giving birth, thinking abt the contractions and tear 😞 until I feel like c-sect would be better for me eventhough it will require longer recovery. Pls help enlighten my anxiety. Thank you!

Can anyone advice?

Hi, I’m currently 5-6 weeks pregnant. I’m not very sure too because I forgot the last date of my previous period. I called up KKH as I have a fixed gynae but she’s fully packed until mid August, which by then I’ll already be almost 9 weeks. I think it’s too long for my first appointment. Should I go to other clinic first to see doctor? If yes, which clinic should I go to and how much? Or what should I do?

maybe you could go to poly or GP to get a referral letter? might be faster?
