At 19 weeks now and I can only feel alittle movement . Not very strong kind . Feeling like sometime can feel , sometimes can’t feel , Isit normal ? Because I forget how my previous pregnancy feel already

It’s like bubble popping feeling! It’s normal for week 19 because your baby is still small and has a lot of spaces to move! When you’re in trimester 3, the space for your baby will be limited and that’s when you can really feel the hard kicks and movement.

Sex in 2nd trimester common ?

We haven’t done anything since past 4 months since conceiving. Is it normal or in-fact good exercise to have sex in the 2nd trimester ? How often is normal ?

Yup totally normal if your pregnancy is low-risk 😊 2nd trimester is actually when many couples feel more comfortable again because nausea/fatigue usually improves already 😅 There’s no “normal” frequency honestly — some couples do weekly, some monthly, some not at all. As long as both of you are comfortable and your gynae hasn’t advised pelvic rest, sex during pregnancy is generally safe 😊 Just stop and check with doctor if got bleeding, painful cramps, leaking fluid, placenta previa, or history of preterm labour ya mama.

I having cough and flu for my second trimester.Is it okay for me to eat the doc prescribe medicine?

Did you tell doctor that you’re pregnant? If yes, then it’s safe as doctor will prescribe you pregnancy safe medication. Do not self medicate.

Crick in neck during 1st trimester

I have a crick in my neck but I cannot go for neck massage as Im still in my first trimester. Any suggestions? Its quite painful in the neck.

Oh no, neck pain during first trimester really no joke 😭 I used warm compress and gentle stretching at home, helped a bit for me. Some mummies also use pregnancy-safe pillows or sleep with better neck support. Maybe avoid strong massage first and check with your gynae if the pain gets worse or doesn’t improve ❤️

Any gynae recommendations

i am looking for a male chinese gynae with experience in high risk pregnancy plus complications. any recommendations?

I know doctor peter chew from gleneagles has many years of experience and even my mother, my friends are with him. But not sure if he handles high risk pregnancy plus complications. If not, can consider Prof Mahesh Choolani from NUH :) search him up!

Second Pregnancy

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. Can I sleep on my tummy and back still ?

Yes, only when the bump got obvious then not on your tummy

Hi mummies, anyone did hair rebonding during your pregnancy?

i would ask my genae during next appointment but just wondering if anyone did it. i can’t stand my hair anymore and i usually do it every 3-4 months pre pregnancy :/

I didn’t do hair rebonding but I did dye my hair during trimester 2. If you’re unsure, best to check with your gynae.
