I totally understand, neck pain in the first trimester is really uncomfortable, especially when you can't just book a massage like usual. What I found helpful was doing gentle neck stretches throughout the day, nothing forceful, just slow side-to-side and forward-backward movements, plus keeping a pillow that supports your neck properly when you sleep. You could also try a warm (not hot) compress on the area for short periods, or ask your PD or gynae if they recommend any safe pregnancy creams or pain relief options, just to be sure before using anything. If it doesn't ease up in a few days or gets worse, might be good to check with your doctor in case it's something that needs attention during pregnancy.

Oh no, neck pain during first trimester really no joke 😭 I used warm compress and gentle stretching at home, helped a bit for me. Some mummies also use pregnancy-safe pillows or sleep with better neck support. Maybe avoid strong massage first and check with your gynae if the pain gets worse or doesn’t improve ❤️
