Body jerking when falling asleep

I am 17 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from imsomnia since my 2nd trimester. Now another issue arises. Whenever I try to go to sleep, my body jerked me awake from my rest (my whole upper body). Anyone ever experienced the same? My next doc apptmt is in 3 weeks' time. Not sure if it something to be worried abt.

Yellow discharge 12 weeks pregnancy

i have been having yellow discharge but no itch. ive been in and out of Urgent O&G so i did not want to go again but what could it be? is it amniotic fluid? old blood? anyone else had the same issue and had it checked? need advise pls before i got to O&G

anyways updates for anyone who faces the same. went to gynae and no infection whatsoever and so far gynae said ntg out of the ordinary.

Should I go to Poly/GP or the Urgent Care @KKH for fever and flu?

My worry is that poly or GP do not have medicine that is pregnancy safe. But KKH is too far from home. :/

I always go to GP whenever I am sick and they have pregnancy safe medications! Just remember to inform the doctor that you’re pregnant.

Extreme Bloatedness

Hi fellow mummies. I’m 16w+ now but still experiencing extreme bloatedness, to the point of causing nausea. I’ve been blessed enough to not have much nausea (compared to some mummies), but the bloat, I feel, has been equally unbearable. It makes me tired and extremely tough to deal with at work. Fellow mummies seem to dismiss it because it’s not nausea and assumes the impact is lesser. Any mummies have the same experience?

Hi there. im 16w+ too experiencing bloatedness + indigestion daily and heartburn every other day. it is super uncomfortable as i tend to burp every few mins. i rely on Gaviscon daily. it helps a lil bit but it is not a permanent soultion. it just makes me feel a lil bit better.

When to switch to NUH private?

I'm on the NUH subsidized route for now but I'd like to change to the NUH private route after the anatomy scan. When did you do it?

Nausea & extreme bloated

Hi mummies, I am on my 13 weeks now, I felt nausea before and after eating. After eating I felt extreme bloated/indigestion and vomited out everything. Especially this few days. I thought it will get better when entering 2nd tri, but it didn’t. Is this normal? Any tips to ease.

kkh nipt results waiting time

hi mummies, I just got a call that my FTS screen was intermediate risk (1:708). anxiously waiting for the nipt results now, any recent experience on how long this usually takes for KKH?

to update on this, I heard back from kkh 5 working days later, and all is clear! hope this is helpful
