When to switch to NUH private?

I switched over after my first trimester scan, so around similar timing to you, and honestly it was pretty smooth at NUH. The main thing is you'll want to inform your current doctor or the clinic counter that you're moving to private so they can transfer your notes over properly, otherwise you might end up repeating some tests. A few of my friends did it after anatomy scan like you're planning and said the private clinics there have much shorter wait times, which was worth it for them, but obviously the out-of-pocket costs are higher so it really depends on your budget and whether you want a specific doctor.

I switched after my detailed scan too! Haha, just to save a bit on the earlier appointments. From what i research previously, many mummies choose to switch ard 20+ weeks after scan. Maybe start from screening which NUH doctors you prefer first :)
