Looking for mom group

Any mom groups anyone know of? FTM group or groups where mom casually meet up other moms! Looking for mom friends ha! Motherhood can be a very lonely journey at times.

Hi mummies, what kind of bag did you bring to pack your items? I was given a list of items to bring by NUH but i am not so sure if a backpack or haversack would be enough as i was told by others that hospitals would give samples of formula and diapers too. Attached photos are the bags similar to what i owned. The backpack and the northface haversack. Any advice would be appreciated 🙏🏽🫶🏽 #First_Baby #FTM #firsttimemom

Just bring the second one. Yes NUH will give you list but bring whats necessary because upon discharge they give you goodie bag unless they dont, instead deliver to your house the goodie bag.

3.5 Months Self-Soothe?

Is there a way to teach LO to nap/sleep without having to constantly carry and bounce them? If we carry them to sleep all the time, will they eventually outgrow it?

Yes, will eventually outgrow it of course. You don’t need to be bounced to sleep anymore 🙂

3 month old baby rejecting formula milk. What to do?

Hello, does anyone face the same issue as me? What can be done to help the baby accept formula milk? I changed to a new brand already, but the baby still reject. I scared my BM supply may not be enough in the long run.

My friend mixed BM and FM together (prepared separately then mix into one bottle). She started with 90:10, then 80:20 and slowly 100% FM But this one is done at your own comfort level

Which similac milk powder for below 1 year old is suitable for vegetarians (no meat, can take milk)

Low milk supply and current left 1 drop of milk can I still pick up my milk supply again?

I'm ftm baby doesn't latch and now she is going to 3 month old soon.. I stop pump for awhile now want to start pump again but only 1 drop of milk after pump.. the other side no milk when pump. Am I still able to pick up my milk supply again?

Best to consult a lactation consultant for this. Many factors to consider and they will be in the best position to advise on this.

Hello! How long are your LO sleeping at night? Do you wake them up every 3 hours for feeding?

I feed on demand after the first 2 weeks. LO will usually wake up 2-3 hourly for nb days, subsequently stretching hours then slowly STTN.

Over supply Breastmilk

I recently gave birth to premature baby and im exclusiveluly pumping for that reason. The Lactation consultant taught me to only pump 15mins for each breast, but I always feel my breast is not yet empty (still feel lumpy). Sometimes its only 2 hrs after pumping, it already painful and lumpy alr. Can I check what mums with oversupply does in this situation? I was told pumping more can simulate more milk but sometimes the pain is unbearable

2hrs after pump sounds normal. My boobs were also painful every 2hours in the first month and I had no choice but to pump (short duration) or massage them. Can slowly try to drag pump interval bit by bit. It gets better after 2 months

Baby not feeding

Hi, my 4days old baby is sleeping too long without milk. I have tried waking her up but she still refuse to drink and choose to sleep instead. It has been 6hrs. What shud i do??
