Slight bleeding at 13 weeks, normal?

I am 13 weeks pregnant and just went for a check up a few days ago. Baby is okay so far but today, I felt discharged and when I checked on my panty liner it was blood. Should I be worried? Should I go to the hospital? Its my first baby and Im a tad bit worried 🥲

I just had slight bleeding stain 2 days ago at week 10, felt uneasy so I visited my gynae (had to pay extra for the sudden visit) it was ok, she upped my progesterone dose. Baby is okay:) I visited the gynae to ease my mind.

It’s my first time pregnant too. I was bleeding bright red like 3rd day of menses. Filled my pantyliner and I had to use tissue to absorb the rest of the blood. I went to the doctor and baby is healthy, big for week 12. They did a speculum test and found a growth of 3cm. They got it checked and it was not cancerous. Can be removed after pregnancy. Suspect that could cause the bleeding. I even had 2 golf ball size of thick blood clot after the speculum test. Bleeding lasted for 3 days then brown spotting for another 3 days. They gave me progesterone pills until my next appointment . I check my baby again 2 weeks later and baby was fine. I bled again at week 15, this time it was bright red but less bleeding. Very light flow lasted for a day. I have another appointment coming up next week at week 17 for the bleeding. So far baby is healthy and I am not experiencing any cramps or pain. Not sure what’s wrong but baby is fine and growing well.

Doctor didn’t say what’s wrong but told me to go A&E when I bleed again… though they only can scan to check if baby is alright. Not sure if it’s worth the money. Checked twice and baby is fine. I’m still taking the progesterone pills. I had history of irregular menses so I’m not sure if this is the cause. Doctor couldn’t determine the cause either. They just check the baby if it’s doing well..
