Hay, ang stressful talaga ng ganito! Kailangan mo talaga sundin ang doctor mo ng husto, kung nag-order siya ng bed rest, may dahilan yan. Heart rate changes during pregnancy ay normal na nakakaalarma, but this needs proper monitoring from your OB, hindi guessing game lang. Follow your doctor's instructions, take it easy, at huwag mag-google ng sobra kasi mas lalaki lang ang worry mo! You're doing the right thing by resting, trust your OB on this one, mamsh.

Girl, I'm not really sure what EQ Dry XL is from that link, couldn't get the deets to load properly on my end, hehe! Is it a diaper brand or something for baby? If you can describe what it does, I'm happy to share if anyone in the community has tried it, pero para sa baby products lagi akong careful na marinig muna from other moms bago bumili.

Hi mhie 30 weeks pregnant na Po ako medyu masaket Ang pawerta at puson ko parang labor pero nawaaala nmn Po sya

Hi mhie, may mga nakakaranas din ng ganyan lalo na pag lumalaki na si baby. Yung bigat sa puson or parang may tumutusok sa pwerta minsan dahil bumibigat na si baby at naiipit yung mga muscles/nerves sa baba. Pero since 30 weeks ka pa lang, bantayan mo lang ha. Pag naging madalas na yung sakit, parang may pattern na, sumasakit nang paulit-ulit, may tubig o dugo na lumabas, magpa-check na agad. Pahinga ka muna mhie baka pagod lang din. Fellow mom lang ako ha, hindi doktor, pero mas okay magtanong sa OB pag kinakabahan ka para kampante kayo ni baby. 💕

Rashes sa newborn

Hai mga ka mommies, ano po ang gamot ng rashes sa face ng newborn or normal lang ba ito ?

Aw, normal lang yan usually, mama! Newborn rashes like baby acne or heat rash ay super common sa first few weeks kaya don't worry, pero if it's spreading, looks infected, or may fever, better mag-check with pedia just to be safe, yung peace of mind alone is worth it, trust me. In the meantime, keep the face clean and dry lang, at avoid strong products, sometimes less is more talaga with newborn skin.

Hi! Honestly, two years old is still a bit young para sa Milo kasi it has caffeine at maraming sugar, which hindi ideal pa sa ganitong edad. Better to stick sa plain milk, water, or unsweetened options muna habang maliit pa siya. If gusto mo talaga magbigay, best to check with your pedia first para sure, kasi bawat bata iba ang capacity nila!

Sinong same case ko dito

Hello mga mommies! May same case ko po ba dito na 2 years na po kasi akong naka implant then yesterday nagtry po ako magpt kasi po may ibang sign po ako nararamdaman katulad nung pinagbubuntis ko yung panganay ko. Kahapon din po isang line lang naman po yung lumabas then kaninang umaga akala ko po jinojoke lang ako ng asawa ko na 2 lines daw syempre di po aako naniwala pero ngayon lang po habang naliligo ako triny ko po tignan ulit and ayun 2 lines nga po although yung 1 line is medyo malabo pa po.

Aw congrats, mama! Pero honestly, mas maayos kung makikita mo ang OB mo para ma-confirm talaga through ultrasound, kasi sometimes ang pregnancy tests ay pwedeng mag-show ng faint lines for different reasons, at gusto mo lang sigurado ano talaga ang nangyayari, diba? A few of us moms na nag-try din ng PT multiple times before going to the doctor, and palaging may peace of mind talaga once nakita namin sa ultrasound na confirmed na. Keep us updated, mama, excited na kami for you if it's really positive!

31 weeks hindi magalaw si baby anterior placenta

hello po ask lng sino dito anterior hindi masyadong magalaw baby ko 31 weeks na sino po dito katulad ko thank you. 😊

Anterior din ako sis pero madalas ko naman maramdaman si baby. Currently 29 weeks

Nabuntis na ba kayo kahit nagtatake ng depo shot? Usually sa mga nag de depo d na ni re regla pero ako dinadatnan parin hanggang netong may 6 nag-take ako ng depo pero katapusan na ng may d ako dinatnan Nag pt ako ngayong june, POSITIVE po Kahit on sched nmn ang depo shot ko False positive lang kaya?

Not sure about depo shot, but may ka work ako before na nabuntis while naka implant. Sabi may na take daw syang gamot na kumontra sa implant. I'm not sure kung anong gamot yun. Meron rin naman naka IUD nabuntis pa rin so possible na positive na talaga sya mi. Maybe pa check ka na rin po to confirm.
