Infant care or family?

Hello working mummies! Do you guys intend to send your babies to infant care or to your in-laws post your maternity leave? Any sharing of past experience on which is a better option for you is most welcomed!

Family wherever possible. My parents have been helping me with my LO since her birth. Yes. there’s potential for conflicts about parenting style. But I think the attention and care family members shower on the kid make up for this in spades.
