Infant care or family?

Hello working mummies! Do you guys intend to send your babies to infant care or to your in-laws post your maternity leave? Any sharing of past experience on which is a better option for you is most welcomed!

Family- cos u can always trust them to look after ur kids well. Not very comfortable to send to sch at such a young age

it's better to send to IFC than to in laws. the best reason is to avoid unhappiness.

I would rather send to infant care than trust with in laws.
