Infant care or family?

Hello working mummies! Do you guys intend to send your babies to infant care or to your in-laws post your maternity leave? Any sharing of past experience on which is a better option for you is most welcomed!

i prefer infant care. most in law have their old belief on how to take care of babies and dont wan to accept what we (mum) say. so tend to have conflict.
