Infant care or family?

Hello working mummies! Do you guys intend to send your babies to infant care or to your in-laws post your maternity leave? Any sharing of past experience on which is a better option for you is most welcomed!

I send my baby to ifc. I dont trust my in law. At least in ifc they cock up u can reprimand them but not your own mil. Less conflict with in law also.
