Infant care or family?

Hello working mummies! Do you guys intend to send your babies to infant care or to your in-laws post your maternity leave? Any sharing of past experience on which is a better option for you is most welcomed!

Infant care for sure, i doesn’t want any conflict with MIL if her way of looking after baby is not what we hope. It hard to speak out. And all my friends and colleagues also shared with me their experiences when they left their kids with PIL / MIL
