Infant care or family?
Hello working mummies! Do you guys intend to send your babies to infant care or to your in-laws post your maternity leave? Any sharing of past experience on which is a better option for you is most welcomed!

sending to in laws or parents, you are assured that your child will receive that 1:1 attention and given lots of sincere love and care. not a big fan of infant care because no matter what they say you know that the attention and care for your baby will definitely be shared with many others . lowest ratio for infant care 1:3. finally , it depends on your preference actually. both infant care and parents / parents in law have their pros and cons but personally, i would choose family over outsiders 😊
