My 1,5 yo boy falls sick quite often and doesn’t eat well. Could their milk be the issue??? Can goat milk boost immunity, or i'm afraid my boy has some kind of allergic to milk
If your child falls sick often and is not eating well, please check with your paediatrician. Milk may or may not be the issue. Goat milk is generally more hypoallergenic compared to cows milk. They also tend to contain more oligosaccharides that act as prebiotics to promote gut health and immune health. If you suspect your boy has a cow’s milk allergy, it’s important to first check with your paediatrician to understand the type of allergy he has. Goat milk proteins differ from cow’s milk proteins and generally have lower αS1-casein levels, but suitability can vary from child to child.
