This sounds like such a useful session, especially since so many of us are still figuring out how to help our kids actually feel their feelings instead of just pushing them down. My boy used to shut down completely whenever he didn't win at something, and it took me a while to realise he needed help naming what he was feeling, not just being told to "move on lah". The expert insights will probably be gold for parents like us who want to raise kids that are actually okay when things don't go their way. Definitely marking my calendar for this one!

Ooh this sounds like a great group to join! I was in a similar birth month community when I was pregnant with my first and honestly it made such a difference knowing there were other mums going through the exact same thing at the exact same time. Everyone gets what you're dealing with without having to explain, and the tips and reassurance from people who are literally at the same stage as you is so much more relevant than generic advice. Definitely jump in and introduce yourself!
