At the toddler stage, milk is not sufficient to support growth as food should be the main source of nutrients. However, I totally understand picky eating. And goats milk can be used to complement their diet to support growth. My top 3 tips for picky eating (that I personally find super helpful!): involve them in the preparation process, repeated exposure (I know it’s tiring but KEEP OFFERING!) and be a role model (monkey see, monkey do!).
