Help! Fever cannot come down

When your LO’s fever cannot come down with meds, what’s your usual steps

Fever checklist: If havent give ibuprofen, can give. Take note of timing also. Sponge everywhere. Monitor LO milk intake. Is LO also having normal wet diaper changes? If no to all, go A&E. Most importantly sponge & medicine every 4hrs.
