I am giving my baby now, he's currently four months old. One day about 1 teaspoon mixed with alot of breast milk. He can sit unsupported for a one min I think on the floor but Abit wobbly on high chair and has lost the tongue thrust reflex

White cereal after 5months can as advice by my pd so probably you wanna check with your pd. I get white rice cereal from celerec

You can give when your baby shows signs of being ready for solids - one of them being able to sit unassisted.
