When can you give your baby cereal? The box put 6 months and above, is it ok to give it at 5 months?

I am giving my baby now, he's currently four months old. One day about 1 teaspoon mixed with alot of breast milk. He can sit unsupported for a one min I think on the floor but Abit wobbly on high chair and has lost the tongue thrust reflex

How much of breastmilk u mix ? And u just make hot the breastmilk and mix?
