I’m dealing with it during my second trimester now. I’ll just eat an Apple from the fridge and sleep right after. Feels better once awake. Sometimes when I’m running out of fruits, I’ll just rely on diffuser to aid it. And I’ll sleep.

Perhaps low sugar? Try having something sweet to see if it helps? Otherwise, just have more rest or consult doctor's advice.

I didn't do anything as it just come and go by itself. However if it is severe suggest to consult doctor.

Drink lots of water and try to rest when headache comes. If still persistent, best to Consult your doctor

Keep yourself hydrated... try to seek advicefrom doctor if it still continues

Drink more water and rest well. if rly cannot tahan take normal panadol

Do get some medication from the Dr if the pain gets too unbearable

Down with lots of water and try have plenty of rest...

Take a paracetamol if it gets too much
