What is it like, as a teen, to have to tell your parents that you're pregnant?

Must be extremely difficult. I remember, I had a friend from college who feared that she had got pregnant and all those days when she was in doubt, she was so stressed that we had to be with her throughout fearing that she might not take some wrong step. I would still say that no matter how difficult it may seem for a teenage to tell her parents about her pregnancy, one must still gather courage and tell them. It is never too late to tell your parents the truth. It will prevent you from getting into more mess.

It is very painful and difficult to tell your parents that you are a pregnant teenage. They will be shocked and very upset but moreso they will worry about what"people" will say. Our society is still not open to such situations where teenagers indulge in physical relationships.

Of course it will be pretty unnerving for both the teen and the parents. But this is the place where she can seek support from. The parents however heartbroken will help her.
