What kind of thermometer do you use for your baby? I have an ear thermometer, but recently a friend was suggesting an app on my phone -- not sure of it is safe? Anyone have any experience with these?

Yes. I pesonally think that app is not very safe. Moreover, you will expose your baby to the emitting radio waves from cell phones too. You can use ear thermometer or digital thermometer. You can measure with digital thermometer by placing under baby's armpit . Ear thermometer is more expensive and usually cost about $100 or more. The digital thermometer is safe to use on baby and you can get it at less than $20 from guardian or watsons.
