Thermometer

What kind of thermometer do you use for your newborn? Thought of getting infrared forehead thermometer… can i use the normal armpit/mouth thermometer for newborn? If yes, how and where do you put the thermometer on your newborn?

Hello! I got the lollababy forehead thermometer and the Normal armpit ones. To be frank I prefer the armpit thermometer as it’s more accurate compared to forehead but forehead is easier to use especially now that my son is a toddler. I will just place it under the armpit until it beeps.

My doc said armpit thermometer is most accurate for newborn up to 6 months. After that then I switched to ear type

I bought the Braun ear thermometer.
