There are lots of healthy snacks which are easy to prepare for children. You could slice some sweet potatoes very thinly and bake them to get sweet potato crisps. Plain popcorn is easy to make and healthy if you don't add in sugar or salt. Just a bit of oil and corn kernels in a heavy saucepan for about 30 seconds will give you homemade popcorn.
