How I helped my son poop better
My son refuses vegetables and fruits and he's always having a hard time pooping. I realised his poop resembled pellets, which meant that he was constipated. To get around the problem, I made stews containing butternut squash, carrots and potatoes to hide the vegetables inside. It worked!
