Do u wake a newborn up for milk ? Esp if baby has colic issues or reflux. If yes, how do u wake up baby ? By unswaddling ?

During the day, wake baby if the naps >4hrs. At night, I would leave baby alone if the milk intake is adequate during the day. Unswaddling will usually wake the baby.
