There were times when I consumed the same exact food (i.e steam salmon,1/4 portion of rice and vegetables soup) but the blood sugar level didn’t go in range, but sometimes the sugar level were just nice :(

no white rice, no carbs, no junk food, no sugared drink, do not take too much fruit...take note of natural sugar in food also...basically eat losta green to help you feel full!
