Sugar level
Hello mummies! I just started today to cut down my food intake and follow the dietician’s advice. However my sugar level results doesn’t go down. Even not below 7 after 2 hours of meal. Can I know… when you started to cut down your food intake did you instantly meet the desired sugar level (at least below 7) or it takes times? Like after 1 week thats the time the sugar become stable and lower. 🥺🥺🥺🥺
