Remedies for nausea??

Hi there, I’m 16 weeks pregnant now and at times I still feel nauseous despite meds.. what are some helpful remedies??

nurse did advice me to take hamster bites of crackers. Basically munch on the biscuits like you grinding them.

    i eat crackers or drink ginger lemon water.. these works for me
