Where can pregnant mummies get calcium intake from if they are lactose intolerant?

Any suggestions?

Calcium supplements prescribed from gynae or taking ikan billis, soy products. If you have fibroid, please avoid soy products.

Soybeans products like soybean milk, tofu, and anchovies (Ikan bilis )also have calcium.
