I’m not pregnant anymore, but I still remember the trauma from giving birth to my second child. I suddenly became severely depressed, which was so different from when I had my first baby. I’m still not entirely sure what caused it, but during the first few days after giving birth, I actually didn’t want to see my baby. Thankfully, I had a really good support system at the time, so they let me rest and took care of me. I still don’t fully understand why I felt that way, but maybe part of it was because my second pregnancy was unplanned, and it happened just when I had started to really enjoy life as a mum. Sometimes I still feel guilty about it even now. Do you have any advice on how I can work through this guilt? :')
