Hi... I'm due October, and I’m already thinking about postpartum... what should I realistically expect in the first few days after giving birth? Especially when it comes to recovery, breastfeeding and sleep. In my family, a lot of the mums have struggled with low milk supply after giving birth. Is that normal? Can low milk supply be hereditary? I’d really like to know how I can prepare for breastfeeding
