Hi Rynette, my first birth was quite traumatic and I’m now pregnant again (we didn't plan to, but you know, miracle happens 😅) What traumatic for me was that right after the epidural procedure, I never thought that I wouldn't be able to feel my leg to right to my stomach. I know that was the main point... but just.. the sensation was... omg. I got so panic and screamed felt like cannot breath Do you think I can be mentally prepared for a better experience this time round? 🥲
